How to identify bad quality links
The rule of thumb when outsourcing link building projects to third party link builders is to first set a link quality criteria, ensure that the link builder fully understands what you want and make sure that you do not except any links that, do not meet your quality control levels. Below is a list of common factors that you should use when developing a link building quality control strategy.

Inward links should only come from a web page that has on page copy (text) that is discussing a subject which is relevant to the anchor text of your link.

It’s very important that the web page linking back to your site does not have an empty title meta tag preferably; its meta data should be on theme with your link anchor text.
